Curtsies for the gentlemen

The only thing that is on my mind at the moment is how much a guy will do for a girl that he likes. I have been so surprised how a guy is willing to jump over any hurdle to get to a girl he likes. Recently my standard has been raised to a higher level. Recently I have been pursued by a guy who (no matter how busy/tired/hungry he is) will still make an effort. He is willing to give and compliment regardless of whether or not I pay back his compliments. It is as if God has been raising my standard of what I think is acceptable/expect-able.

I don't know of any girl out there that does not appreciate a gentleman. Yes girls may reject your compliment but I promise you that deep down a girl can not NOT like someone valuing her. A simple get-up-out-of-your-seat and greet a girl with a "Hello, how are you?" or "Hello, my name is ... and yours is?" can really make a lasting impression on a girl, her friends, the guys and the atmosphere.

Every person deserves acknowledgement and acceptance, regardless of what they do but just because they are a person. Chivalry and emotional intelligence go hand in hand with the above.

It is not enough of an excuse to ignore a girl just because they are beautiful and you may be intimidated by her. Yes media portrays woman as an object but that gives you no right to treat them like one. If not now, when are guys going to learn how to treat a woman or how to engage in conversation. My understanding of men is that they want to get married and have sex and the only way to do that is to learn how to treat a woman, especially if you are planning for her to stay around. So guys, get learning and trying and keep on trying if a girl doesn't respond right away. She may be afraid to tell you but "YOU ARE DOING A GREAT JOB!" and the world needs more gentlemen like YOU!

On behalf of all the non-verbal woman out there, THANK YOU FOR BEING A GENTLEMAN! Curtsies for you gentlemen. We really do appreciate it and when you are not around we tell our friends, mothers, brothers, fathers, sisters about you! But most importantly know that God appreciates and see's your good work.
