It is so easy to offer advice to woman that come and fit on bridal dresses and say 'you look beautiful in that', well because it is true. Somehow from the outside, beauty isn't defined by size or weight but so often when looking from the inside to the out it is difficult to say the same.
Do you ever feel that people know your exterior( which is partly an expression of your interior aka heart, mind and soul) better than you do? They are the ones who see you from the outside on a day to day basis. I do. It intimidates me that others see me from an outside perspective. Someday's I wish I could have that outside look in on myself. Maybe then I wouldn't be too aware of the flaws, chipped nails and my pinkish nose.
Embrace your figure whatever it may be. I have waited years to start expressing my style in clothing and even now I tame my imagination in fear of being too over the top. But do you know what? The people who inspire me most are those who are a bit over the top. Why not follow suite and be someone who inspires others?
Today, blow yourself a kiss in the mirror and tell yourself that you are worth it!
