What are your dreams in your life? What are your weekly goals? Maybe jot a few down in your mind, on paper or in your heart. I find writing it down on a piece of paper and sticking it on the fridge really helps. I also find telling someone about my goals also really helps, it somehow makes it more of a reality. Don't be afraid of failing. If you get as far as being healthy for one day-give yourself a pat on the back. It is better than not trying at all and then maybe next month you can try two days of healthy living. Start positioning yourself in the direction that you want to be in in five years. It all starts with one simple step.
A friend and I were talking about how we love it when a guy knows where he is going. We were saying that he mustn't come and ask us about whether or not he is going in the right direction, he must just go, but we must go together! There is nothing more attractive than a man who knows where he is going, so why not be a woman who knows where she is going.
Lets be women and men who know where we are going but enjoy it with one another :)
