Some people naturally sparkle, be it in their eyes or the jewelry that they wear. Some people are always in a rush. So much peace comes when one decides to accept oneself. Your unique tempo, personality, likes and dislikes. I think a lot of relationship problems come in when we do not know ourselves and what is really important to our self.

Maybe you want to lose weight to get into that skimpy bikini by Summer, maybe you want to gain a few kg's, whatever it is that you want find time to be content with the way you are now. Enjoy who you are and your unique attributes.

Another good habit to develop is thanking God for what is in your life and what you love. In the morning when I wake up I tell God what I love about Him (it's also best in the morning because I don't have the mental capacity to edit or proof read my prayers). Before I go any further maybe some of you find it difficult to control your thoughts. I have been in deep depression where it was difficult for me to control my raging thoughts, so I understand. God has really helped me to slowly start thinking positive thoughts more and more. Today I would say that I have a positive outlook on life and that is only because I started with one good thought at a time.

Try writing a list everyday about what you love or even list it in your mind.
This is my list for today:
* for a new day of life
* for a sms from someone special to wake up to
* for a note from my flatmate
* for breakfast
* for coffee
* for jokes
* for the sun
* to be able to sleep in
* to know that I have holidays on friday

Try it for yourself! You are uniquely beautiful and God loves the way you do life. Spend some time thanking him for what he has given you! Remember sucess is loving yourself, what you do and how you do it!
