A A A rhyme

First A-cknowledge,
Second A-ccept\ Affirm or
Third A_ccuse

I have found that thinking rationally about certain situations help me deal with them effectively.

Have you ever walked around life thinking everyone loves you? Or some days you walk around thinking everyone hates you?

I know I have and I've brought it down to the simple AAA rhyme. Firstly everyone that you come across has to Acknowlege you, unless you are invisible. Upon acknowledging you they can either choose to affirm you or accuse you with their words. However we have the choice to let it stop before the words come out of their mouth. We have the power to love ourselves and affirm and accept ourselves. Yes this is necessary and it is important to have friends who can affirm and accept you too. When you have this acceptance it doesn't really matter whether other people affirm or accuse you.

You don't need to wait for it to get to the last A before you acknowledge and accept yourself, you are worth it! This is something that helped me, hope it helps you!
