Hello ladies and gents,
I had this picture given to me the other day of falling off of a cliff only the cliff wasn't high off of the ground and there was a hand holding me from the top. Much of our lives are like that. They seem to be ever so risky and daring but God has everything in control. Éven in our weaknesses and short comings, God has made provision. He even makes everything work out for His good. The risky life seemed to go down a notch right there ;)
The saying 'falling in love' should really not be such a popular phrase. While there is always risk involved when loving someone there should also be a level of trust that the person is going to catch you. The future may not be certain but a certain amount of trust is there making us willing to fall in love.
There is risk involved in life and risk involved in falling in love but it is not solely and only risk and uncertainty. 'You are still so young, all still lies ahead of you, and I should like to ask you, as best I can, dear Sir, to be patient towards all that is unresolved in your heart and to try and love THE QUESTIONS THEMSELVES like locked rooms, like books written in a foreign tongue. Do not now strive to uncover answers: they cannot be given to you because you have not been able to live them. And what matters is to live everything. LIVE the questions for now. Perhaps then you will gradually, without noticing it, live your way into the answer, one distant day in the future' - Rilke
The answers are there. They may not seem like it but God is in control. 'There are things that you are uncertain about and there are things that you can be certain about, Ie: Gods constant love for you. There is something rather exciting about not knowing all the answers to life. Be content knowing that someone else is sorting out all your problems ;) and enjoy living in the ''uncertainty''.
Love,
Sarah***
