The crown on your head...

I will never forget a friend of mine saying to me, 'don't look down so much.  Your crown will fall off'.  

This year my mom bought me a book entitled, 'The crown on your head' by Nancy Tillman.  It is illustrated with such brilliance and in true colourful African inspiration.

I just have to share with you just a couple of lines from the book.  It goes like this,

'I always knew just what your crown meant.  

It said that you were MAGNIFICENT. 

(That means you are grand from your toes to your chin.  

Take a deep breath, and let that sink in.)'

While I'm thinking of it, there's a saying that says a man is the head but the woman the neck.  She can turn the head.  haha.  Then there is another comparison that says a man is a King and his wife is his crown.  A good man will look after His crown.  

[that is just some random information and I'm not quite sure how it ties in at all but I'm just going to leave it there as something to think about]...
