Yesterday at varsity we spoke about IQ and EQ but focussed on EQ. We then did tests regarding our EQ's. I am happy to announce, I am... pregnant with lots of emotional intelligence. haha!
We discussed how EQ is being aware of your emotions so that you can manage them well. Oh and of coarse being aware of others emotional well being so that you can help them too if the opportunity arises.
So this scripture below has been how my heart has been doing.
